Section 117
Determining the limit of persons and goods to be carried on vehicles

(1) The department shall determine the number of people and the weight of goods that can be carried in a public vehicle and publish the information for public information.
(2) No person or goods shall be placed in any vehicle in excess of the number of persons and the weight of the goods as determined in accordance with sub-section (1).
